Billing: For subscription services, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected billing cycle. Charges will continue until you cancel your subscription.

No Guarantees: We do not warrant that:

Research Products: We make no representations regarding the efficacy, safety, or suitability of our products for any purpose. All products are sold for research purposes only.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINCH AND HARBOR LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of liability for certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

  • Extended periods of inactivity

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in Delaware, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to bring claims against us only in your individual capacity and not as part of any class or representative action.

Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to prevent infringement of intellectual property rights or confidential information.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

  • Sending an email notification to registered users (when applicable)
