Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

During peak seasons (holidays, promotional events), processing times may extend to 2-5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

Domestic Shipping (United States):

  • Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days - $6.50 (FREE on orders over $80)

  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days - $8.5

  • International Shipping:

  • Standard International: 10-20 business days - Calculated at checkout

  • Express International: 5-10 business days - Calculated at checkout

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Final shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website or by logging into your account on our website.

International Orders

Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are the buyer's responsibility.

Customs Delays: International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local delivery services.

Restricted Locations

We currently ship to most locations worldwide. However, we cannot ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes (for certain products)

  • Military APO/FPO addresses (case-by-case basis)

  • Countries under international trade restrictions

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend:

  • Tracking your package regularly

  • Providing a secure delivery location

  • Requesting signature confirmation for high-value orders

If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members

  2. Contact your local post office or carrier

  3. Wait 48 hours (sometimes packages are marked delivered prematurely)

  4. File a claim with the shipping carrier

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Document the damage with photos (packaging and product)

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email]

  3. Provide your order number and photos

We'll work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays or service disruptions

  • Weather conditions or natural disasters

  • Customs processing (international orders)

  • Incorrect address information

  • Delivery attempts when recipient is unavailable

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Multiple failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal of package

You will be notified and may be charged reshipping fees to send the order again.

Order Changes

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes to the shipping address or delivery method. Contact us immediately at support@micronutrients.fit if you need to make changes. We'll do our best to accommodate requests if the order hasn't shipped.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. After this window, orders enter our fulfillment process and cannot be canceled.

To request a cancellation within the eligible timeframe, contact us immediately at support@micronutrients.fit with your order number.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods.

To cancel, log into your account and select "Cancel Subscription" or email us at support@micronutrients.fit at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

The following situations are not eligible for cancellation or refund:

  • Orders that have already shipped or been processed for fulfillment

  • Custom or personalized products once production has begun

  • Sale or clearance items (marked as final sale)

  • Products opened, used, or damaged by the customer

Processing Fees

If a cancellation is approved, a 12% processing fee may be deducted from your refund to cover transaction and administrative costs.

Refund Timeline

Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.

Changes to Orders

We cannot guarantee changes to orders after placement. Contact us immediately if you need to modify your order, and we'll do our best to accommodate if the order hasn't entered fulfillment.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in permanent account suspension and exclusion from future purchases.
