We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unopened, unused, with all original packaging and tags intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the package back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

• Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

• Custom or personalized items

• Personal care goods (e.g. opened supplements or beauty products)

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

• Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

To make an exchange, return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.


EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, no questions asked. Items must still be unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, your original payment method will be refunded within 10 business days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
