Cancellation policy
Order Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. After this window, orders enter our fulfillment process and cannot be canceled.
To request a cancellation within the eligible timeframe, contact us immediately at support@micronutrients.fit with your order number.
Subscription Cancellations:
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods.
To cancel, log into your account and select "Cancel Subscription" or email us at support@micronutrients.fit at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
Non-Refundable Circumstances:
The following situations are not eligible for cancellation or refund:
- Orders that have already shipped or been processed for fulfillment
- Custom or personalized products once production has begun
- Sale or clearance items (marked as final sale)
- Products opened, used, or damaged by the customer
Processing Fees:
If a cancellation is approved, a 15% processing fee may be deducted from your refund to cover transaction and administrative costs.
Refund Timeline:
Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.
Changes to Orders:
We cannot guarantee changes to orders after placement. Contact us immediately if you need to modify your order, and we'll do our best to accommodate if the order hasn't entered fulfillment.
Chargebacks:
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in permanent account suspension and exclusion from future purchases.
